The MLP Design Open Source Website Templates featured below are each available for download under the Creative Commons Non-Commercial License unless otherwise noted or specified in the download files.

If you use any of the templates, you must retain the "Template Design by MLP Design" tag and link in place. You MAY NOT use the templates in adult or adult-oriented websites!

If you wish to use a template for commercial purposes or wish to remove the credit tag and link, please contact us; or you may choose from a variety of available commercial templates.
